It costs approximately $500 for every camper we bring to camp each year. In addition, it costs a similar amount for every volunteer. In order to meet the individual needs of our campers, we maintain low ratios by having at least one counselor for every two campers. We also must keep a large group of camp staff to support the campers and counselors throughout the day and in the background to prepare activities. As you can imagine all of these costs add up quickly and can sometimes create a bottleneck in the number of campers we can invite to camp. It is our goal to say YES to every camper application, as a 501(c)-3 we rely on the support of financial donors in our community to make that happen.
